The posting

Als Adjunct Teamverantwoordelijke heb je de leiding over een team van administratieve medewerkers in twee zones (Ronse en Asse). Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van je team en zorgt daarbij voor een gestroomlijnde werkverdeling, voor een goede sfeer en voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team. Jouw standplaats is Ronse, maar je houdt een vinger aan de pols door dagelijks af te stemmen met je team op beide locaties. Je houdt voeling met wat er leeft op de werkplek door af en toe ook in Asse aanwezig te zijn.

In deze functie maak je jou in eerste instantie het gevarieerde takenpakket eigen dat onze administratieve medewerkers in de zones Ronse en Asse opnemen. Gaande van offertefase over planning van werken bij de klant, technische uitvoering en veiligheidsvoorwaarden tot de administratieve afhandeling van dossiers in SAP en facturatie. Je maakt je niet enkel de materie eigen maar zorgt ook voor kennisdeling binnen de divisie Aansluitbeheer door het geven van opleidingen en on-the-job training.

Je werkt waar nodig actief mee met het team door hen te begeleiden bij moeilijkere dossiers of hen bij te staan bij verbeteringen van processen rond administratieve formaliteiten en naverwerking.

Je faciliteert eveneens de samenwerking met diverse andere teams, zoals onze projectcoördinatoren, collega’s in andere zones, HR, onze stafdiensten en externe stakeholders. Je stelt je beschikbaar op voor alle belanghebbenden en escaleert tijdig waar nodig. Op die manier streef je samen met jouw team naar een efficiënte dienstverlening op maat.

Als leidinggevende laat je jouw medewerkers groeien in hun functie door hen te motiveren, te begeleiden en te coachen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt waarbij zij steeds terecht kunnen. Je detecteert waar de werklast het hoogst is en schakelt bij indien nodig om de continuïteit te garanderen. Wanneer we processen optimaliseren, neem jij jouw team mee in deze verbetertrajecten. Je creëert betrokkenheid en draagvlak bij jouw medewerkers en geeft hen eigenaarschap door effectief en helder te communiceren en doelen, taken en verantwoordelijkheden te verduidelijken.

Je rapporteert je bevindingen nauwkeurig aan je leidinggevende en vertegenwoordigt onze organisatie in al jouw contacten op een professionele manier.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je bezit een bachelor diploma of graduaat (inclusief HBO5, ...)

Je blikt terug op minstens 2 jaar ervaring met administratie in een dienstverlenende of technische omgeving waar richtlijnen en wettelijke kaders de basis vormen.

Je hebt ervaring in het coördineren van taken, optimaliseren van processen, organisatie en planning. Ervaring met opleiding geven en/of uitvoeren van IT testen is een plus.

Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende of het potentieel om hierin je eerste stappen te zetten.

Je kan vlot werken met de courante MS Office software. Ervaring met een ERP of ander systeem is een must.

Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar de andere zone (Asse) binnen de regio Oost alsook het hoofdkantoor in Gent.
