Voor een logistiek bedrijf te Willebroek zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader 2 ploegen (6u-14u / 14u-22u)

Als Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele organisatie en resultaten. Je plant en beheert de resources van de shift, en volgt de prestaties van de medewerkers op. Je staat in voor de planning van noodzakelijke machine- en proces-trainingen, en zorgt voor de opvolging van efficiëntie en procesverbetering. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de EHS-ergonomie, registratie van incidenten, ongevallen en EHBO, evenals de kwaliteitsprestaties van het team. Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse meetings en rapporten, waaronder :5' meetings, urenregistratie, verlofplanning en shift handover. Je volgt de materiaalvoorziening op en zorgt voor de correcte toepassing van procedures en instructies. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor andere afdelingen, zoals Inbound admin, Traffic en Customs, voor dagelijkse operationele issues, en voor magazijn operators bij problemen en oplossingen.

Wij zoeken een ervaren en gemotiveerde kandidaat die resultaatgericht, kwaliteit gedreven en communicatief is. Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten, een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en bent stressbestendig. Je hebt ervaring met PC/Windows en courante MS software & SAP, en een kritische ingesteldheid met oog voor verbeteringspotentieel. Een no-nonsense mentaliteit, initiatief nemend en flexibiliteit in tijdsbesteding zijn ook belangrijke eigenschappen. Je hebt een voorbeeldfunctie en bent bereid om steeds verder te ontwikkelen, inclusief het behalen van brandpreventie & EHBO attesten. - Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en goed in het omgaan met mensen. Proactief, flexibel, een teamplayer en in staat om beslissingen te nemen. Gedreven door kwaliteit (het vinden van de juiste balans tussen kwaliteit en kwantiteit) en zeer nauwkeurig. Sterk bewustzijn van veiligheid. Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid. Voortdurende drang om te verbeteren. Kritische houding en oog voor verbetermogelijkheden. Bestand tegen stress. Computer vaardigheden: Microsoft Office,SAP,Manhattan.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je hebt ruime ervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende functie. Je bent in het bezit van een A2 diploma.

- Vakkennis: We verwachten iemand met minstens 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.

- Talenkennis: Hele goede kennis van Nederlands (lezen,schrijven,spreken) Goede kennis van Engels.
