Ben jij een enthousiaste leidinggevende die energie krijgt van een dynamische logistieke omgeving? Wij zoeken een teamleader onze klant te Puurs.

Als teamleader Amazon ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers binnen de inbound- en outboundafelingen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer, zorgt voor een efficiënte dagelijkse werking en motiveert je team om samen de gestelde doelen te bereiken. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken, waarbij je het overzicht bewaart en ingrijpt waar nodig.

Jouw takenpakket:

- Dagelijkse planning en taakverdeling binnen het team; - Aanwezigheden en prestaties van medewerkers opvolgen; - Begeleiden, ondersteunen en coachen van het team op de werkvloer; - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn bij operationele vragen en problemen, passende oplossingen zoeken; - Kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid binnen de afdeling bewaken; - Volledig logistiek proces opvolgen; - Verbeterpunten signaleren en meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes; - Bijdragen aan een positieve en professionele werksfeer; - Nauw samenwerken met de Operations Manager en andere teamleaders; - Actief meewerken op de werkvloer bij drukte.

Je werkt in een wisselend systeem van vroege en late ploeg: vroege ploeg van 05u45 tot 13u51 en late ploeg van 14u00 tot 22u06. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk, ook met mogelijke zaterdagwerkdagen in overleg.
