Notre client est une entreprise internationale de services, en croissance et active sur plusieurs marchés européens. Son département Finance évolue dans un environnement structuré et digitalisé, avec une forte attention portée à la qualité des processus et à l'amélioration continue.

Dans le cadre du développement de l'équipe comptable, l'entreprise recherche un Teamleader Accounts Payable capable de coordonner les activités quotidiennes tout en accompagnant ses collaborateurs dans leur développement.

Votre fonction

En tant que Teamleader AP, vous supervisez l'activité Accounts Payable et assurez le bon fonctionnement du processus fournisseurs, de la réception des factures jusqu'à leur paiement.

Vous combinez un rôle de people management et d'expertise opérationnelle, avec une attention particulière portée au respect des délais, à la qualité des données et à l'optimisation des processus.

Vos responsabilités

  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe d'Accounts Payable Accountants ;
  • Organiser et répartir les tâches afin de garantir un traitement efficace des factures ;
  • Superviser l'encodage, le contrôle et la validation des factures fournisseurs ;
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et résoudre les éventuelles anomalies ou litiges ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des délais de paiement ;
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et aux contrôles des comptes AP ;
  • Être le point de contact des fournisseurs et des différents départements internes ;
  • Suivre les KPI de l'équipe et identifier les possibilités d'amélioration ;
  • Participer à l'automatisation et à l'optimisation des processus Accounts Payable ;
  • Accompagner les projets liés aux outils comptables et à la digitalisation de la fonction Finance.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en comptabilité, finance ou gestion ;
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en Accounts Payable, avec une première expérience en coordination ou management ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les processus AP de A à Z ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel et les ERP comptables ;
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et capable de gérer les priorités ;
  • Vous maîtrisez une des deux langues nationales et avez un bon niveau dans la deuxième (équipe bilingue) ;
  • Vous êtes un people manager accessible, capable de motiver et de faire progresser votre équipe ;
  • Vous avez un esprit d'amélioration continue et aimez être force de proposition.
