Ben jij technisch sterk in automatisering en klaar om als teamleader je stempel te drukken op een elektrische onderhoudsafdeling? In de ruime regio Roeselare krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van een moderne industriële site binnen een internationaal actieve groep.

Deze vestiging maakt deel uit van een wereldspeler in aluminiumoplossingen en hernieuwbare energie, bekend om haar focus op duurzaamheid en circulaire productie. Met meer dan 100 locaties en 32.000 collega’s wereldwijd, wordt hier actief ingezet op samenwerking en innovatie om de industrie van morgen te verduurzamen.

Op de site zelf werk je samen met een paar honderd collega’s aan de productie van technisch hoogstaande aluminiumprofielen voor sectoren zoals transport en machinebouw. Dankzij een ambitieus investeringsprogramma ondergaat het volledige machinepark en de automatisatie een grondige vernieuwing. Een boeiende uitdaging dus voor wie technisch inzicht wil combineren met leidinggeven in een groeiomgeving die inzet op vernieuwing, kwaliteit en mensgericht werken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het plannen en opvolgen van zowel curatief als preventief elektrisch onderhoud behoort tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden
  • Je coördineert automatiseringsprojecten en neemt actief deel aan de uitvoering ervan
  • Elektrische storingen en PLC-gerelateerde stops detecteer je snel en los je zelfstandig op
  • Als teamleader geef je dagelijkse leiding aan het elektrisch onderhoudsteam en bied je ondersteuning en coaching waar nodig
  • Je waakt erover dat elektrische schema’s actueel blijven en je past de veiligheidsprocedures strikt toe
  • Verbeteringsideeën rond elektriciteit en automatisering werk je concreet uit en breng je zelf in de praktijk
  • Je stelt heldere werkinstructies op en zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en gestructureerd verlopen
  • In overleg met collega-teamleaders neem je, waar nodig, de rol van back-up op
  • Ook bij de digitalisering van onderhoudsprocessen speel je een actieve en ondersteunende rol
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of automatisering, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd via ervaring
  • Enkele jaren ervaring met elektrisch onderhoud in een industriële omgeving vormen een stevige basis voor deze rol
  • Je kan vlot overweg met PLC-programmatie en elektrische schema’s; ervaring met onderhoudssoftware zoals SAP of Rimses is mooi meegenomen
