Voor een stabiele productieomgeving zoeken wij een Assistent Teamleader Montage (Bachelor Elektromechanica). In deze functie combineer je diepgaande technische kennis met leiderschapspotentieel. Je overziet het montageproces, werkt actief mee en groeit stelselmatig door naar een rol als rechterhand van de teamleader.

Technisch takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van vakkundig montagewerk (hydraulisch, elektrisch en pneumatisch)
  • Opbouwen en opvolgen van het volledige montageproces
  • Aansluiten van PLC-systemen en LS-kasten
  • Technische schema's uitwerken in samenwerking met engineering
  • Uitvoeren van functionele testen
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van afgewerkte producten

Groeitraject naar leidinggevende functie:

  • Doorgroeien tot rechterhand van de teamleader
  • Aansturen van deelteams en ondersteunen van collega's
  • Begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers
  • Stapsgewijs ontwikkelen naar een people management rol
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma (Elektromechanica)
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Je hebt affiniteit met landbouw- of rollend materieel? Pluspunt!
