The posting

Als Teamlead Quality Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, verbeteren en verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteitswerking binnen de organisatie. Je combineert een strategische kijk op kwaliteit met een hands-on aanpak op de werkvloer.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsprocedures correct worden toegepast en nageleefd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitwerken, beheren en optimaliseren van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Toezien op een correcte toepassing en registratie van kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Opvolgen van afwijkingen en implementeren van passende corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Waken over de naleving van ISO-richtlijnen en andere relevante kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het Quality Control-team.
  • Organiseren van een optimale personeelsbezetting binnen het team.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van kwaliteitsresultaten uit het labo.
  • Opstellen van actieplannen bij niet-conforme resultaten en deze afstemmen met Operations.
  • Behandelen van interne en externe klachten.
  • Uitvoeren van oorzaakanalyses en opzetten van corrigerende en preventieve acties (CAPA).
  • Beheren van certificaten en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Actualiseren van technische documentatie en kwaliteitsdossiers.
  • Opvolgen van formulewijzigingen en beheren van gegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Samenwerken met afdelingen zoals Operations, R&D en HSE om processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over kwaliteitsresultaten, verbeterprojecten en risico's.

Als Teamleader kan je onderstaande competenties afvinken, om het takenpakket dagelijks tot een goed einde te kunnen brengen:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting zoals Chemie, Biochemie, Milieuwetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitscontrole en kwaliteitsmanagement in een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven of het aansturen van een team.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen, auditprocessen en kwaliteitsverbeteringstrajecten.
  • Affiniteit met regelgeving rond chemische producten, etikettering en veiligheidsvoorschriften, of de bereidheid om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in kwaliteitsprojecten.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een werkbare kennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Een gestructureerde werkstijl, oog voor detail en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
