Ze zijn een cruciaal Europees logistiek centrum voor banden: een megamagazijn én distributieknooppunt waar banden efficiënt worden gelokaliseerd, opgeslagen, verwerkt en verscheept zowel nationaal én internationaal. De site onderscheidt zich door schaal, logistieke expertise en een duurzaamheidsfocus.

Voor hun vestiging in Zeebrugge zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Meewerkende Teamleader om het team te versterken.

Jobomschrijving

Als meewerkend Teamleader ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse organisatie van het logistieke team. Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning en coördinatie van de werkzaamheden, waarbij je jouw team ondersteunt en begeleidt – zowel nieuwe als ervaren collega’s.

Daarnaast voer je als teamleader ook administratieve taken uit, zoals het opvolgen van prestaties, rapportages en werkverdeling. Je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken om de logistieke processen optimaal te laten verlopen.

Bij opstart is het loon € 18.80/uur en stijgt het per categorie naar € 24.85/uur.
