The posting

Bakkerij Roelandt maakt sinds 2022 deel uit van Colruyt Group onder de naam Fine Food Bread. We bakken dagelijks broden, buns, sandwiches en patisserie voor Colruyt, OKay en andere klanten.

Met 4 productievestigingen (1 in Zele en 3 in Lokeren) en duizenden producten per dag, draait onze bakkerij op teams die graag samenwerken en met trots hun job doen.

Colruyt Group telt meer dan 30.000 medewerkers en meer dan 20 bedrijven. We zijn een stabiele werkgever die gelooft in menselijkheid, eenvoud en waardengedreven samenwerken.

Jobomschrijving

Bij Bakkerij Roelandt draait alles rond mensen — en ja, ook een beetje rond brood. We zoeken een Teamleader Productie die niet alleen een team aanstuurt, maar vooral iemand die positiviteit, structuur en goesting door de hele lijn laat waaien.

Je hoeft geen generaal te zijn — eerder iemand die met twee voeten op de vloer staat en zijn/haar team elke dag sterker maakt.

Wat ga jij doen als Teamleader?

Als Teamleader ben jij de motor achter je ploeg. Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren én dat de sfeer goed zit.

Concreet:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en je zorgt dat iedereen met plezier komt werken.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid alsof het je tweede natuur is.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en helpt ze implementeren — want goed kan altijd nóg beter.
  • Kleine storingen? Je ondersteunt en schakelt waar nodig met de productieverantwoordelijke.
  • Je houdt overzicht, creëert rust en brengt structuur in de dagelijkse flow.

Kortom: jij maakt het verschil op de werkvloer, elke shift opnieuw.

Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben — motivatie en menseninzicht zijn minstens even belangrijk.
