Jobomschrijving

Wil je een team van vijf personen aansturen in een stabiele productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid vooropstaan? We zoeken een gedreven teamleader om de nieuwe productielijn in Kruisem naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Als teamleader leid je een team van vijf operatoren en zorg je voor een veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief productieproces. Dagelijks balanceer je tussen het realiseren van de planning, het optimaal inzetten van beschikbare middelen en het waarborgen van veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Je rol als leidinggevende gaat verder dan dagelijks beheer. Je denkt voortdurend na over verbeteringen in het proces en neemt actief deel aan optimalisatieprojecten. Sommige van deze trajecten zal je zelf leiden. Dit vraagt om procesmatig denken, kritische reflectie en oog voor details.

Ownership nemen over je team en het productieproces staat centraal. Je draagt actief bij aan een positieve bedrijfscultuur waarin standaarden worden nageleefd en tegelijk ter discussie gesteld. Jouw inzet helpt de organisatie op alle fronten vooruit. Je rapporteert aan het Head of Department, wiens waardering voor jouw input je regelmatig zult voelen.

  • Technische vakkennis en aantoonbare ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Vermogen om procesmatig te denken en verbeteringen te identificeren
  • Kritische houding met oog voor optimalisatie
  • Basisvaardigheden in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met sterke communicatievaardigheden
  • People-management skills om een team te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en basiskennis van het Frans
  • Aandacht voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
