Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van processen, het onderhouden van belangrijke relaties en het stimuleren van de professionele groei van je team. OVER DE JOB

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de dagelijkse continuïteit binnen de leveranciersboekhouding volgens de afgesproken procedures en processen en de geldende wetgeving. Je draagt bij aan een klantgerichte cultuur en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met medewerkers en interne/externe stakeholders.
  • Je kan mee participeren in de operationaliteit en identificeert zo opportuniteiten voor innovatie en kostenefficiëntie".
  • Je bent proactief en werkt oplossingsgericht samen met interne en externe stakeholders bij eventuele problemen.
  • Je zorgt voor de groei en ontwikkeling van medewerkers door het detecteren van opleidingsbehoeftes, talenten en drijfveren, en neemt gepaste acties, waaronder waarderingsgesprekken en coaching van medewerkers in hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je kan zelfstandig projecten implementeren en volgt de status en voortgang hiervan op.
  • Je bewaakt het budget van de afdeling en zorgt voor kostenefficiënte processen en procedures die resulteren in klantgerichte en efficiënte dienstverlening.

OVER JOU

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring), aangevuld met relevante opleidingen.
  • Je hebt organisatorisch en innovatief vermogen.
  • Je hebt uitstekende administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt ervaring met leveranciersadministratie en boekhouding.
  • Je beschikt over sterk analytisch inzicht.
