Voor een sterk groeiend bedrijf binnen de fruit- en boomkwekerijsector zijn wij op zoek naar een TEAMLEADER BOOMKWEKERIJ. Ben jij iemand die graag buiten werkt en energie krijgt van het aansturen van mensen? Dan kan deze uitdaging iets voor jou zijn.   • Als TEAMLEADER BOOMKWEKERIJ stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 16 medewerkers aan.
  • Je verdeelt het werk, volgt de planning op en houdt overzicht op het terrein.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je motiveert medewerkers en helpt actief mee wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Als TEAMLEADER BOOMKWEKERIJ werk je nauw samen met de verantwoordelijken om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse activiteiten veilig en correct worden uitgevoerd.
