Als Team Leader Carwash ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de carwashvestiging in Bornem. Je combineert operationele taken met teamcoaching en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte, kwalitatieve en professionele service. Dankzij jouw voorbeeldfunctie motiveer je het team om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.

Werken op zaterdag is een vaste vereiste binnen deze functie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het carwashteam
  • Opstellen en bijsturen van de personeelsplanning, rekening houdend met afwezigheden en operationele noden
  • Actief meewerken als operator en instaan voor een correcte bediening van installaties en systemen
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte klantenstroom en een optimale servicebeleving
  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënenormen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en technische installaties
  • Detecteren en oplossen van technische storingen en deze indien nodig rapporteren aan het management
  • Professioneel behandelen van klantenvragen en klachten en het bieden van passende oplossingen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de voorraad van verbruiksgoederen en materialen
  • Onthalen, opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers volgens de geldende procedures en veiligheidsrichtlijnen
  • Actief bijdragen aan het behalen van de operationele doelstellingen van de vestiging
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een operationele of dienstverlenende omgeving
  • Ervaring in een carwash, de automotive sector of een vergelijkbare werkomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis en hebt affiniteit met onderhoud en storingsdiagnose
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en weet medewerkers te motiveren en coachen
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Klanttevredenheid staat voor jou altijd centraal
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om op zaterdag te werken
