Ben jij een geboren coach met ervaring in CNC of metaalbewerking? In deze niet-meewerkende functie stuur je een vast team van 14 operatoren aan in een 2-ploegenstelsel. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit, begeleidt je mensen en zorgt voor structuur op de werkvloer. Je komt terecht in een innovatief familiebedrijf waar vakkennis, automatisatie en teamwerk centraal staan.

Geen handen aan de machine, wél aan het roer.

  • Leidinggeven en coachen van een vast team van 14 CNC-operatoren (2-ploegen)
  • Focus op teamsturing zonder zelf mee te werken aan machines
  • Bewaken van productkwaliteit en naleving van veiligheidsnormen
  • Optimaliseren van werkprocessen en samenwerking met productieplanner
  • Onboarding en ontwikkeling van nieuwe teamleden begeleiden
  • Rapporteren aan het management over prestaties en verbeterpunten
  • Technische achtergrond in CNC, metaalbewerking of lassen, daar heb je een rugzak vol van
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving, je weet hoe je een team in beweging houdt
  • Coachend en communicatief sterk - je krijgt mensen mee
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en procesoptimalisatie zitten in je DNA
  • Flexibel en klaar om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
  • Praktisch, hands-on en oplossingsgericht, zonder de menselijke kant uit het oog te verliezen
