Jobomschrijving

Wat doe je precies als ... Teamleader Corporate Payroll Leuven

  • Je organiseert, plant en coördineert de dagelijkse werking van jouw team. Daarbij zorg je voor een duidelijke werkverdeling, aanwezigheidsplanning, permanentieregeling en klantenplanning.
  • Als coach ondersteun je payroll advisors en service consultants in hun ontwikkeling en creëer je ruimte voor open overleg en samenwerking.
  • Je bewaakt de productiviteit, rentabiliteit, kwaliteit en conformiteit van de dienstverlening, met aandacht voor de gemaakte afspraken met klanten.
  • Samen met je team en klanten zoek je naar haalbare oplossingen die bijdragen aan een correcte loonverwerking en een optimale dienstverlening.
  • Ook ondersteun je het verkoopproces door analyses uit te voeren, verbeteringen voor te stellen en deel te nemen aan prospectie- en klantenbezoeken.
