Easy Life is een snelgroeiend dienstenchequebedrijf van Antwerpse bodem met een gezonde growth mindset. Onder het motto ‘work hard, play hard’ ondersteunen we gezinnen in heel België met hands-on huishoudhulpen. Ons kantoren- en klantennetwerk? Groots. Onze ambities? Mogelijks nog groter!

Om onze klantenservice verder te versterken, zoeken we een Teamleader Customer Care die ownership neemt, mensen weet te motiveren en samen met het team onze klantenervaring naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Let’s talk!

Als Teamleader Customer Care ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een sterke klantenervaring. Je coacht en ondersteunt je team, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt ervoor dat klanten en kantoren kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en professionele service.

Maar je kijkt ook verder dan de dagelijkse werking. Je spot verbeterkansen, denkt mee over processen en zet ideeën om in concrete acties. Je neemt zelf contact op met klanten om te horen hoe het écht met hen gaat en gaat proactief op zoek naar manieren om extra waarde te creëren.

Klachten, moeilijke dossiers of gevoelige situaties? Jij neemt ownership, houdt het hoofd koel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen correct wordt opgevolgd.

People manager, coach, customer champion, problem solver, … Jij bent het allemaal!

Jij bent onze match als …

  • Je minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring hebt in klantendienst, customer success of een gelijkaardige klantgerichte rol.
  • Je ervaring hebt met het coachen, begeleiden of aansturen van medewerkers.
  • Je energie krijgt van mensen motiveren en samen sterke resultaten behalen.
  • Je uitstekend Nederlands spreekt en je ook goed kan redden in het Frans.
  • Je klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en betrouwbaar bent. Mensen weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen.
  • Je vlot overweg kan met digitale tools en snel nieuwe systemen oppikt.
  • Je graag initiatief neemt, verbeterkansen ziet en niet bang bent om zaken in vraag te stellen.
  • Je rustig en professioneel blijft wanneer de druk stijgt. Ook bij een pittige klacht laat jij je niet zomaar uit je lood slaan.
