Onze klant is een logistiek bedrijf met jarenlange ervaring, vooral in opslag en behandeling van tabak, voeding en andere goederen. Ze combineren traditie met vernieuwing en zetten hard in op digitale oplossingen om hun processen vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Met een hecht team en een no-nonsense mentaliteit zorgen ze ervoor dat elke schakel in de logistieke keten goed op elkaar is afgestemd.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een gedreven leider die teams kan inspireren en service naar een hoger niveau tilt? Je combineert het coördineren van projecten met mensgericht leiderschap en geeft advies aan management en de directie. Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn:

  • Aansturen, coachen en bijsturen van twee gedreven teams.
  • Opvolgen van de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers via opleidingen en evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatief en effectieve dienstverlening.
  • Analyseren van problemen en bedenken van oplossingen hiervoor.
  • Onderhouden van vlotte communicatie tussen interne teams en externe partners.
  • Grondig voorbereiden en leiden van meetings.

Jij bent een organisatorisch talent met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een gezonde dosis assertiviteit. Je ben initiatiefrijk, houdt steeds het overzicht en hebt een sterke focus op het steeds behalen van het beste resultaat. Verder neem je mee:

  • Een bachelorsdiploma binnen logistiek management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante werkervaring in het aansturen en coachen van teams.
  • Een sterk ontwikkelde helicopterview en uitstekend organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Goede kennis van Ms Office met focus op Excel.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een groot pluspunt.
