Jouw functie Als Teamleader Customer Service ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team van Customer Service Agents. Je stuurt aan op de snelheid, correctheid en efficiëntie van de te verrichten werkzaamheden , Je spreek actief de medewerker aan bij afwijkingen en herkent, bespreekt en doorbreekt patronen. Je zorgt voor een hoge klanttevredenheid door CSAT-resultaten op te volgen. Je verhelpt en lost evt. de problemen op die niet door medewerkers kunnen en/of mogen worden opgelost. Je rapporteert en licht de resultaten toe aan leidinggevende. Verder houd je je bezig met: Werkoverleg en communicatie binnen het team ; Het controleren en implementeren van workflows en procedures; Het monitoren van het klantproces en het optimaliseren van dienstverlening; Het ondersteunen en uitvoeren van veranderprocessen, het volgen van ontwikkelingen en signaleren en daaropvolgend concreet en actief adviseren over mogelijke verbeteringen; Het leveren van een belangrijke bijdrage in de werving- en selectie en het inwerkproces van werknemers voor de afdeling Contact Center; Het houden van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken met de werknemers, om de kwaliteit van de werknemers te waarborgen en waar nodig te verbeteren; Het verzorgen van adequate training en instructies voor alle werknemers uit jouw team in samenwerking met QA; Het geven van regelmatige feedback, zichtbaarheid op de werkvloer en benaderbaar/toegankelijkheid voor vragen en ondersteuning; Het creëren (en stimuleren) van mogelijkheden voor de werknemers van de afdeling om zich te ontwikkelen binnen de afdeling opdat zij in staat zijn in geval van de behoefte van d...
