Functie inhoud

Je komt terecht in een gekend tankstation binnen een internationale speler in de retail. De Sfeer? Gemoedelijk. Veel verschillende mensen. Eén team.

Dit is hoe jouw dag eruitziet:

  • Je start je dag met je team, checkt of alles klopt en zorgt dat iedereen klaar is om klanten vlot te helpen
  • terwijl de broodjeszaak en shop draaien, hou jij overzicht en spring je bij waar nodig
  • Je volgt verkoop en administratie op zodat alles correct en efficiënt blijft lopen
  • Door jouw aanpak staat iedereen op de juiste plek en loopt het station zoals het hoort
  • Je luistert naar je team en zorgt voor een sfeer waarin mensen graag werken én blijven werken

Je hoeft geen perfect CV te hebben. Wat telt, is hoe jij werkt met mensen en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van een team laten draaien. Je ziet werk, pakt het op en wacht niet af. Mensen sturen? Dat doe je niet vanop afstand, maar door zelf mee te werken. Je houdt van structuur, maar kan ook schakelen wanneer nodig.
