Je komt terecht bij een financieel gezond en groeiend familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in keukens op maat. Met een uitgebreid netwerk van showrooms in België en Frankrijk en een eigen productieomgeving staat kwaliteit centraal. Om de dienstverlening verder te versterken, zoeken we een enthousiaste teamleader die structuur brengt, medewerkers ondersteunt en de klanttevredenheid naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over een team van 2 interne medewerkers en 5 servicetechniekers.
  • Je organiseert de werkzaamheden binnen de dienst naverkoop en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en taakverdeling.
  • Je begeleidt, motiveert en coacht je medewerkers en ondersteunt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun opleiding.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van serviceopdrachten en zorgt ervoor dat interventies correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je onderzoekt technische problemen en werkt samen met je team aan praktische en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse activiteiten en springt operationeel bij wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de interne werking, met aandacht voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en voelt je thuis in een technisch georiënteerde werkomgeving.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die medewerkers weet te inspireren, begeleiden en motiveren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met courante computerprogramma's.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
