The posting

Als Teamleader Warehouse ben jij de drijvende kracht achter je team. Je combineert operationele excellentie met effectief leiderschap om de dagelijkse doorstroom van goederen in het Distributiecentrum te verzekeren. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van ambitieuze doelstellingen en de groei van je medewerkers.

Dit wordt jouw verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Je stuurt een team van circa 30 arbeiders en enkele bedienden aan. Je identificeert sterke punten, geeft professionele feedback en motiveert je team om elke dag het beste van zichzelf te geven.
  • Je stelt de dagelijkse werkplanning op en houdt toezicht op de operationele flow. Je zorgt dat uitgaande paletten correct en veilig gesorteerd zijn en dat alle processen vlot, snel en efficiënt verlopen.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de rekrutering, verwelkomt nieuwe collega's en organiseert interne opleidingen om een optimale onboarding te garanderen.
  • Je ziet streng toe op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, ongevallenpreventie en kwaliteitsnormen (zoals de koudeketen en orde in het magazijn).
  • Je signaleert verbeterpotentieel in werkprocessen en maakt voortdurend kosten-batenafwegingen. Daarnaast beheer je het stockrapport en de tijdregistratie nauwgezet.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een gedreven organisatietalent dat verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het hoofd koel houdt tijdens piekmomenten. Je handelt als een rolmodel in kostleiderschap en weet je team met enthousiasme te coachen naar straffe resultaten.

Wat typeert jou?

Je bent bereid om volgens het regime van ons Distributiecentrum te werken, inclusief avondwerk en één minstens 1 zaterdag (of vaker indien nodig) per maand.

Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een gelijkaardige distributiefunctie of leidinggevende rol.

Je bent een geboren motivator die durft beslissen, confrontaties niet uit de weg gaat en doorzet tot doelen bereikt zijn.

Je werkt gestructureerd, bent vertrouwd met Excel en kunt complexe problemen systematisch oplossen.

Je beschikt over een goede fysieke conditie en bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken waar nodig.

Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt) en communiceert helder en zelfverzekerd naar verschillende doelgroepen.
