The posting

Als Teamleader Electrical Engineering stuur je een team van een achttal engineers aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van de afdeling. Je combineert technische expertise met coachend leiderschap en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines.

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het Electrical Engineering-team.
  • Plannen van de werkzaamheden en bepalen van prioriteiten op korte en lange termijn.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van elektrische en pneumatische ontwerpen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij complexe vraagstukken en optimalisaties.
  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Productie en andere engineeringafdelingen.
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van workflows, processen en efficiëntie.
  • Monitoren van KPI's en vertalen van teamdoelstellingen naar concrete acties.
  • Stimuleren van kennisdeling, opleiding en continue verbetering binnen het team.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de andere engineering teamleads en rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Head of Engineering.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen Electrical Engineering.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coachende rol is een sterke troef.
  • Grondige kennis van EPLAN en eBuild.
  • Vlotte kennis van Microsoft Excel.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Coachende leiderschapsstijl gecombineerd met besluitvaardigheid en heldere communicatie.
  • Affiniteit met automatisatie, procesoptimalisatie en efficiënt werken.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht in een projectmatige omgeving en neemt initiatief.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
