Jobomschrijving

Voor een moderne en grootschalige industriële productieomgeving in Lommel zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Elektrisch Onderhoud. In deze rol geef je leiding aan het elektrisch onderhoudsteam en zorg je voor een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van elektrische installaties en systemen. Je combineert technische expertise met people management en draagt bij aan een stabiele 24/7-productieomgeving.

Takenpakket

  • Aansturen, coachen en organiseren van het elektrisch onderhoudsteam
  • Plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van preventief en correctief elektrisch onderhoud
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte werking van de afdeling
  • Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van elektrische installaties
  • Ondersteunen van het team bij complexe storingen en technische interventies
  • Samenwerken met productie, planning en andere technische afdelingen
  • Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen
  • Meewerken aan optimalisatie van onderhoudsplannen, processen en werkmethodes
  • Beheren en opvolgen van werkorders, rapporteringen en technische documentatie
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en onderhoudsprocedures
  • Bijdragen aan opleiding, kennisdeling en ontwikkeling van medewerkers
  • Technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je beschikt over ervaring binnen de containerglasindustrie
  • Relevante ervaring binnen elektrisch onderhoud in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie
  • Sterke kennis van elektrische installaties, automatisatie en storingsanalyse
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Coachende leiderschapsstijl en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig in een dynamische werkomgeving
