Functieomschrijving

Teamleader Elektrotechniek

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse interne werkplanning van de elektriciens, verdeelt de opdrachten efficiënt en vormt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je stemt de voorbereiding van werkzaamheden af met interne stakeholders zodat onderhouds- en montageactiviteiten volgens planning kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van materiaal en gereedschap, organiseert bestellingen en verwerkt de bijhorende administratie zodat de werking van het atelier maximaal ondersteund wordt.

Teamleader Elektrotechniek

  • Je beschikt over een sterke elektrische expertise en weet complexe storingen of technische vraagstukken snel te analyseren en mee op te lossen.
  • Je combineert coachend leiderschap met een hands-on ingesteldheid en neemt spontaan initiatief om processen efficiënter en praktischer te organiseren.
