Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het team en verdeelt de taken volgens de sterktes en ervaring van je collega's.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en dossiers nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je blijft zelf operationeel betrokken en behandelt mee expeditiedossiers van A tot Z, van boeking tot facturatie en verdere afhandeling.
  • Je bent het eerste operationele aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met internationale klanten, agenten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je ondersteunt en coacht je teamleden en weet hen te motiveren om doelstellingen en deadlines te behalen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere interne afdelingen, waaronder sales en documentatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over operationele uitdagingen en zoekt naar efficiënte en klantgerichte oplossingen.

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren teamleader die een sterke operationele kennis combineert met people skills.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de expeditie en bent vertrouwd met het beheren van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Ervaring met het opmaken en verwerken van douanedocumenten is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken servicegerichte ingesteldheid, zowel naar klanten als collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Je weet medewerkers te motiveren en coachen en stimuleert hen om doelstellingen en deadlines te behalen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt ook in complexe of drukke situaties het overzicht.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend ingesteld en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Internationale contacten en een multiculturele werkomgeving spreken je aan.
  • Je bent proactief en anticipeert op mogelijke problemen in plaats van pas te reageren wanneer ze zich voordoen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans of een andere taal is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en weet verschillende dossiers efficiënt te combineren.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op.
