Voor een gerenommeerde speler binnen de transport- en logistieke sector zoeken we een verantwoordelijke voor de expeditieafdeling. Dit bedrijf beschikt over jarenlange expertise in wegtransport en logistieke oplossingen, en ondersteunt een breed klantenbestand in binnen- en buitenland.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen en motiveren van een 4 tal collega's om samen de doelen te behalen.
  • Problemen zie je niet als obstakels, maar wel als de kans om te groeien.
  • Je analyseert de financiële stromen binnen de logistieke organisatie.
  • Werkprocessen verbeteren en vereenvoudigen.
  • Op alle niveaus probeer je helder en overtuigend te spreken met interne collega's en partners.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen (internationaal) transport.
  • We zijn op zoek naar iemand met reeds ervaring als teamleader. Werk je ondertussen op senior niveau en klaar voor de volgende stap? Dan kijken we zeker ook uit naar jouw sollicitatie!
  • Daarnaast weet je een team te begeleiden en coachen.
  • Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
  • Om deze functie succesvol uit te voeren heb je een grondige Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse kennis. Extra talen zijn zeker een pluspunt!
