Ben jij een hands-on leider met technische feeling die graag het verschil maakt op de werkvloer? Als teamleader / voorman neem jij het voortouw op de afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces elke dag vlot, veilig en kwalitatief verloopt.

Je combineert mensen aansturen, technisch meewerken en overzicht bewaren. Je staat dicht bij je team, denkt mee in oplossingen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productieleider.

Jouw rol

Leiding & teamcoaching

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van ongeveer 5 operatoren aan in een 2-ploegensysteem
  • Je motiveert, ondersteunt en coacht je team naar sterke prestaties
  • Je creëert een positieve, collegiale werksfeer
  • Waar nodig steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen in de productie

️ Productie & planning

  • Je volgt de productieplanning nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je zet mensen, machines en materialen efficiënt in

Kwaliteit

  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle producten voldoen aan de vastgelegde kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in bij afwijkingen
  • Je stimuleert kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen het team

Veiligheid & milieu

  • Je waakt over een veilige werkvloer en correcte naleving van veiligheidsregels
  • Je motiveert medewerkers om veilig te werken en meldt incidenten meteen
  • Je houdt rekening met milieunormen en draagt bij aan duurzame productie

Rapportering

  • Je verzamelt en analyseert productiegegevens zoals output, kwaliteit en productiviteit
  • Je rapporteert helder en gestructureerd aan de productieleider

Techniek

  • Je voert kleine herstellingen zelf uit
  • Je signaleert tijdig preventief onderhoud
  • Complexe machine-omstellingen kan je zelfstandig uitvoeren
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een aansturende rol
  • Je hebt mensenkennis en bent people gericht ingesteld
  • Technische kennis is een pluspunt
  • Sleutelen aan machines en meewerken in productie geven jou energie
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands OF Engels en kan operatoren praktisch opleiden
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, blijft rustig onder druk en durft beslissingen nemen
  • Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
