Onze klant is een internationaal actieve speler binnen de productie van jonge planten voor professionele telers. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een grotere internationale groep en staat bekend om zijn focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid. Met productielocaties in België, China en de Verenigde Staten wordt er continu geïnvesteerd in vernieuwing en ontwikkeling, onder andere via eigen labo's.

Voor de vestiging in Laarne zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider die energie haalt uit werken met mensen en processen, en graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider werk je in de serre en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productiegedeelte. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse werking en krijgt een onmiddellijke opstart.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

Aansturen en begeleiden van het serrete­am

Continu overzicht houden over logistieke activiteiten, medewerkers en processen

Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers en (interim)nieuwkomers, inclusief begeleiding en onboarding

Opvolgen van plantsnelheden en controleren van de kwalitatieve uitvoering

Optimaliseren van processen waar nodig

Zorgen voor een efficiënte dagindeling in nauwe samenwerking met de productieplanning

Bewaken dat vooropgestelde targets behaald worden

Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de productiemanager

Je bent een hands-on peoplemanager die structuur brengt en tegelijk verbindend werkt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

Je kan terugvallen op enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen een (multiculturele) productieomgeving

Je coördineert op een mensgerichte en resultaatgerichte manier

Je beschikt over een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk) en een goede kennis van het Engels

Je bent hands-on, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht

Je kan snel schakelen bij veranderingen en weet prioriteiten te stellen

Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waarbij respect en verbinding centraal staan

Je hebt de nodige computervaardigheden (courante office­toepassingen en ERP-systemen)

Je hebt interesse in de plantensector (kennis is een pluspunt) en bent sterk leergierig
