Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een teamleader finance & accounting voor onze klant in Pelt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in accountancy, fiscaliteit en zakelijke dienstverlening.

Jouw takenpakket als teamleader finance & accounting bestaat uit:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van je teamleden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en professionele groei.
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van de financiële en boekhoudkundige dossiers van de aan jou toegewezen klanten.
  • Het nalopen en opleveren van de finale accountancyopdrachten, inclusief de controle van cijfers en analyses, en het verlenen van deskundig advies aan de partner.
  • Het tijdig signaleren van eventuele knelpunten of risico's binnen dossiers en dit terugkoppelen aan de leidinggevende partner.
  • Het opnemen van uitdagende, éénmalige opdrachten en het waarborgen van de algemene bedrijfsstrategie binnen jouw afdeling.

Profiel

Als teamleader finance & accounting herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of master in een financieel-economische richting (bijvoorbeeld accountancy-fiscaliteit). Een aanvullende fiscale opleiding is een mooie troef.
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 10 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van eigentijdse en digitale boekhoudsoftware.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een ondernemende én kritische blik, die gepassioneerd kennis deelt en altijd klantgericht meedenkt.
