AROP is een modern en innovatief maatwerkbedrijf dat sinds 1961 een grote naam is in België.

Steeds vaker worden wij door allerlei bedrijven gevraagd of het mogelijk is om een groep medewerkers, onder begeleiding van een teamleader groenvoorziening, naar een hun locatie te komen om daar de tuin en/of bedrijventerrein te komen onderhouden.

Dit heeft ons er toe aangezet om te gaan starten met en GROEN / GRIJS afdeling binnen ons bedrijf. Ondertussen hebben we een voltallige ploeg werken in de groenvoorziening en omdat de vraag het aanbod overstijgt zijn we op zoek naar een extra teamleader.

M.a.w. heb jij al enige jaren ervaring in tuinonderhoud/aanleg en zie je het zitten om deze afdeling verder mee vorm te gaan geven dan ben jij de geschikte kandidaat voor ons.

- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste......

- Je bezit zeker een A2 diploma (bijvoorbeeld: opleiding tuinonderhoud / tuinaanlegger-groenbeheerder, of opleiding tuinbouw), of je hebt een brede ervaring in de groenvoorziening.

- Cursus gevolgd van o.a. VCA, omgang met kettingzaag, heggenschaar, bosmaaier, bladblazer, plantkunde, aanleg van tuin, etc. Mocht je dat nog niet hebben, dan regelen we dat voor jou.

- Een relevante groen ervaring van enkele jaren.

- In het bezit van een Rijbewijs B (BE zou helemaal super zijn)

- Je bent handig in de breedste zin van het woord en je hebt van nature het talent om mensen aan te sturen en om je kennis vervolgens ook overbrengen aan anderen.

- Je bent communicatief, kan met een PC overweg, besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en meedenkend.

- Je vindt het fijn om fysiek bezig te zijn in de buitenlucht.

- Je hebt oog voor detail en vooral véél zin om onze nieuwste aanwinst als teamleader groenvoorziening te worden, solliciteer dan snel.

Takenpakket

- Aansturen van een operationeel team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers (maatwerkers). Wellicht meer in de nabije toekomst.

- Dagelijkse organisatie van uw externe groen/grijs opdrachten.

- Controle en bijsturing van lopende groen/grijs opdrachten.

- Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit voldoet aan de normen en wensen van de klanten.

- Je zorgt mede voor timemanagement, planning werken e.d. .

- Technische ondersteuning verlenen aan je team.

- Deelname aan overlegvergaderingen met je collega’s.

- Je onderhoud een goede communicatie en verstandhouding met je mensen.
