Waarom bestaat deze functie?

Het ICC speelt een cruciale rol in het bewaken, aansturen en optimaliseren van de waterprocessen binnen water-link. Om die werking verder te versterken, zoeken we een Teamleader ICC die zowel operationeel als mensgericht leiding geeft aan een team van procesleiders.

In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking performant verloopt, KPI's worden opgevolgd en processen continu verbeterd worden. Tegelijk bouw je mee aan het ICC van de toekomst, waar innovatie, automatisering, AI en samenwerking centraal staan.

Je combineert leiderschap, technische affiniteit en organisatorisch inzicht om ervoor te zorgen dat het team elke dag kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening levert aan interne en externe stakeholders.

Wat zal deze persoon concreet doen?

Als Teamleader ICC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, organisatie en verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de operationele werking en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, processen en doelstellingen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd blijven.

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je vertaalt het beleid en de strategische doelstellingen naar duidelijke operationele richtlijnen voor het team.
  • Je stuurt een team van procesleiders aan en volgt prestaties, werking en doelstellingen actief op.
  • Je verdeelt en prioriteert de werkzaamheden binnen het team en bewaakt een evenwichtige werkdruk.
  • Je beheert mee de personeelsplanning, inclusief verlof en optimale inzet in dagdienst.
  • Je motiveert, coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers vanuit een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Je voert functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun groei en competentieontwikkeling.
  • Je springt operationeel bij wanneer nodig en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de drinkwater- en waterbehandelingsprocessen.
  • Je volgt SLA's en operationele KPI's op en rapporteert hierover op periodieke en ad hoc basis.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan optimalisatieprojecten rond lekverliezen, energieverbruik, automatisering, digitalisering en productie-efficiëntie.
  • Je zorgt dat je team over de nodige documentatie, procedures en werkinstructies beschikt om de taken 24/24u conform de afspraken te kunnen uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt mee aan het ICC van de toekomst door te participeren in de verschillende projecten zoals balancing en extra services voor andere (drinkwater)bedrijven
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en stimuleert medewerkers om mee na te denken over verbeteringen rond veiligheid, milieu en werking.

We zoeken een sterke people manager met technische affiniteit en een uitgesproken verantwoordelijkheidszin. Iemand die structuur kan brengen, medewerkers kan meenemen in verandering en tegelijk de operationele realiteit begrijpt. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een technische, operationele of industriële omgeving.
  • Je combineert organisatorisch inzicht met een coachende en verbindende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, opvolging en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert helder en weet mensen op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Je denkt procesmatig en ziet opportuniteiten voor optimalisatie en innovatie.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar technologie, automatisering en operationele continuïteit centraal staan.
  • Je neemt ownership en behoudt overzicht, ook in complexe of drukke situaties.
