Als Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van montagewerken op industriële werven. Je stuurt een team van techniekers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken:

  • Administratief beheren van kleine werven.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers.
  • Opvolgen van de installatie aan de hand van plannen en principeschema's.
  • Voorbereiden van materialen.
  • Opmeten en schetsen van leidingen en steunen.
  • Doorgeven van as-built aanpassingen aan de werfverantwoordelijke.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van de montagewerken.
  • Waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning op de werf.
  • Je beschikt over een TSO-diploma of een andere relevante technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA VOL en een hoogtewerkerattest of bent bereid deze te behalen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, organisatorisch sterk en veiligheidsbewust.
  • Je kan een team motiveren en aansturen.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van pijpfitten en TIG-lassen is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
