Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw dag als TEAMLEADER INPAK er uit?

Als inpakoperator zal je instaan voor het efficiënt functioneren van de inpakmachines en een vlotte productie. Je start je dag met het instellen van de machines en het coördineren van het team. Je bent TEAMLEADER INPAK voor 9 machines en een team van 10 inpakkers, en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en zonder storingen verloopt. Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en vraagt hulp wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het juiste instellen van de verpakkingsmachines, transportbanden en printers, en werk je nauw samen met het team om de productiviteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen. Je zorgt voor een propere en veilige werkomgeving.

Hoe ziet onze ideale TEAMLEADER INPAK eruit?

  • Je bent positief ingesteld, kunt vooruitdenken en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je kan georganiseerd werken en beschikt over een basis technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team in de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands; dit is essentieel, aangezien de machines in het Nederlands ingesteld zijn en Nederlands de voertaal is op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt een meewerkend leidinggevende houding, je werkt niet alleen aan de machines maar begeleidt en ondersteunt je team waar nodig.
