Voor een toekomstgericht bedrijf met activiteiten binnen onder meer Packaging, Paper & Print, Visuele Communicatie en Construction zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Internal Sales. Je stuurt een binnendienstteam van ongeveer 15 collega's aan en zorgt mee voor een stabiele, professionele en klantgerichte werking.

In deze functie combineer je leidinggeven, coaching en procesverbetering met een sterke commerciële focus.

Jobomschrijving

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als Teamleader Internal Sales begeleid en ontwikkel je het team en zorg je ervoor dat klanten en collega's kunnen rekenen op een professionele binnendienstwerking.

  • een team van ongeveer 15 internal-salescollega's aansturen en ontwikkelen, met focus op klantgerichtheid en commerciële resultaten
  • medewerkers on the job coachen en versterken in commerciële slagkracht, onderhandeling en het detecteren van opportuniteiten
  • zorgen voor een duidelijk commercieel kader waarin taken, opvolging en salesactiviteiten helder zijn
  • de workload en prioriteiten bewaken, taken herverdelen en medewerkers ondersteunen waar nodig
  • complexe dossiers, technische productvragen en commerciële trajecten mee opvolgen en verbeterinitiatieven uitwerken over teams en divisies heen
  • een open en veilige feedbackcultuur stimuleren en samenwerken met onder meer sales, logistiek, finance en IT om processen verder te verbeteren

Wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten?

Je bent een mensgerichte en besluitvaardige coach met commerciële ervaring en een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.

  • beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring binnen internal sales of een vergelijkbare binnendienstcontext
  • is commercieel onderlegd en gedreven om resultaten te behalen
  • werkt sterk procesmatig en is digitaal vaardig, met ervaring in CRM/ERP-omgevingen en MS Office
  • is organisatorisch sterk, bewaakt overzicht en prioriteiten en heeft een mindset gericht op continu verbeteren
  • communiceert open, duidelijk en discreet en weet medewerkers op een constructieve manier te coachen
  • beschikt over een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van of affiniteit met Packaging, Paper & Print, Viscom of Construction is een pluspunt
