Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Jr Accounting die ons accounting team naar een hoger niveau tilt en zorgt voor een efficiënte en vlekkeloze uitvoering van de dagelijkse accounting werkzaamheden.

Doelstelling: Als Teamleader Jr Accounting bij Gosselin ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationele management van ons accounting team en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van alle financiële processen. Je werkt actief mee in de dagelijkse taken, terwijl je ook een leidinggevende rol op je neemt om de teamperformance te optimaliseren en continue verbeteringen door te voeren.

Jobinhoud:

  • Je bent accountable voor de tijdige en correcte verwerking van alle financiële transacties. Dit omvat dagelijkse verwerking van banktransacties en afschrijvingen/facturen, evenals actieve opvolging van mailboxen;
  • Je verdeelt taken binnen het team, dwingt verantwoordelijkheden af zonder alles zelf te corrigeren, en beantwoordt dagelijkse vragen. Je houdt de performance van je team nauwlettend in de gaten en escalatie bij problemen is jouw verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je coördineert het opleidingsplan voor nieuwe medewerkers, ontwikkelt trainingsmethoden, en zorgt ervoor dat alle teamleden de benodigde toegang en middelen hebben. Je biedt dagelijkse coaching en voert regelmatige evaluaties uit;
  • Je waarborgt de continuïteit van de operationele processen door up-to-date te blijven met takenlijsten en noodplannen uit te werken. Je identificeert inefficiënties, stelt verbeteringen voor, en voert analyses uit om processen te optimaliseren;
  • Je onderhoudt proactieve communicatie met controllers en andere leidinggevenden, beantwoordt vragen, en zorgt voor een open en transparante samenwerking binnen het team en met de andere teamleaders;
  • Je komt terecht in een ambitieus accounting team, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met andere teamleaders en onze Accounting Manager. Samen met de Accounting Manager en je collega teamleader vormen jullie een hecht team dat bijdraagt aan financiële beslissingen en de groei van de organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Accounting Manager.

Jouw talenten:

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma Accountancy en Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Ervaren accountant met minimum een eerste aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie met operationele en leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met een proactieve en transparante houding en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse zeer goed (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk);
  • Ervaring en affiniteit in procesoptimalisatie en automatiseringsprojecten
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig problemen te analyseren, voorstellen uit te werken, en tijdig te escaleren waar nodig.
