Voor een maatschappelijk relevante organisatie binnen de landbouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Klantenservice. In deze functie coach je een gemotiveerd team dat klanten professioneel te woord staat via telefoon, e-mail en persoonlijk contact.

Je combineert leidinggeven, klantencontact, kwaliteitsbewaking en procesverbetering en blijft daarnaast zelf betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking van de helpdesk.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als Teamleader Klantenservice zorg je mee voor een kwaliteitsvolle en klantgerichte werking en ondersteun je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

  • een gemotiveerd team coachen en begeleiden en medewerkers ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • zorgen voor up-to-date kennis en opleiding en medewerkers informeren over regelgeving en procedures
  • problemen en verbeterpunten signaleren, feedback geven en actief meewerken aan verbeteracties
  • klachten behandelen en deze aangrijpen om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren
  • bijdragen aan de opmaak van richtlijnen, instructies en handleidingen en toezien op een kwaliteitsvolle werking
  • zelf meedraaien in het klantencontact en de teamleider ondersteunen in de dagelijkse werking

Wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten?

Je bent een klantgerichte en communicatieve teamspeler met leidinggevende capaciteiten en een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.

  • beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring en heeft leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • heeft affiniteit met de landbouwsector
  • is communicatief, klantgericht en een echte teamspeler
  • kan analytisch en probleemoplossend denken en is sterk in organisatie en administratie
  • is stressbestendig, actiegericht en besluitvaardig
  • is leergierig, leerbereid en heeft oog voor detail
