Als onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar is dit moderne kantoor 35+ jaar actief in regio Ieper én dat hopen ze nog heel lang te doen. Met een team van meer dan 17 trouwe collega's gaan ze er elke dag met volle goesting voor. Met oog op groei kijkt onze partner uit naar een Senior Teammanager B2B. Jouw functie als Teamleader KMO Verzekeringen Krijg jij energie van ondernemers adviseren, complexe verzekeringsvraagstukken uitpluizen en collega’s ondersteunen met jouw kennis en ervaring? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Senior Teammanager B2B draag je bij aan de verdere groei van het kantoor. Je bouwt mee aan sterke en duurzame relaties met KMO-klanten en bent voor hen een betrouwbare partner wanneer het gaat over hun verzekeringsnoden en risico’s. Je duikt graag in complexere dossiers, denkt mee over oplossingen en durft verder te kijken dan de vraag van vandaag.

Tegelijkertijd ben je er voor je collega’s. Je deelt jouw kennis, denkt mee bij uitdagende dossiers en ondersteunt de relatiebeheerders waar nodig. Samen met de B2B-accountmanagers stem je de klantenopvolging en prioriteiten af en ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten. Je krijgt daarbij de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen en mee vorm te geven aan de verdere professionalisering van de B2B-werking.

Een veelzijdige rol dus, waarin je jouw expertise, commerciële feeling en natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl volledig kunt inzetten.

  • Je hebt 2 à 5 jaar ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector, bij voorkeur binnen het KMO-segment.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van zakelijke verzekeringen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet onderbouwd en op maat advies te verlenen.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, bewaart het overzicht en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent een sparringpartner voor collega’s en weet vertrouwen te creëren binnen een team.
  • Je bent ondernemend: je ziet commerciële opportuniteiten, neemt initiatief en bouwt duurzame professionele relaties uit.
