Ben jij een geboren coach met ervaring in logistiek? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van mensen én het optimaal organiseren van operationele processen? Dan is deze functie als Teamleader Laadkaai misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Binnen een modern distributiecentrum ben jij de spilfiguur op de laadkaai. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle laad- en losactiviteiten vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team. Dankzij jouw planning, opvolging en coaching worden klanten correct en tijdig beleverd. Jouw uitdaging

Als Teamleader Laadkaai combineer je operationele verantwoordelijkheid met people management.

Operationele coördinatie

Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de laadkaai.

Je volgt laad- en losactiviteiten op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers efficiënt worden ingezet.

  • Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en bewaakt de voortgang van de logistieke activiteiten.

Je volgt stilstanden en afwijkingen op en neemt de nodige acties.

Je waakt over een correcte toepassing van procedures en werkinstructies.

People management

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van 12 medewerkers op de laadkaai.
  • Je coacht, begeleidt en motiveert jouw medewerkers.

Je geeft constructieve feedback en ondersteunt hun verdere ontwikkeling.

  • Je detecteert opleidingsnoden en helpt mee bouwen aan sterke teams.

Je zorgt voor een open en duidelijke communicatie binnen de afdeling. Samenwerking & verbetering

  • Je werkt nauw samen met Supply Chain, Expeditie, Warehouse en Technische Dienst.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsgerichte werkomgeving.
  • Je helpt mee om logistieke doelstellingen te realiseren.

Je werkt voornamelijk in daguren, maar stelt je flexibel op om indien nodig ondersteuning te bieden aan de vroege of late ploeg. Daarnaast blijf je voldoende betrokken bij de operationele werking en spring je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, binnen een magazijn- of laadkaaiomgeving.

Je beschikt over ervaring in het aansturen van een team.

  • Je hebt ervaring met planning, coördinatie of operationele organisatie.

Je kan vlot werken met ERP- en/of WMS-systemen.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht.

  • Je bent hands-on en schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf mee te werken wanneer nodig.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt.
