Binnen de lasafdeling ben jij de spilfiguur tussen de medewerkers op de werkvloer en het afdelingshoofd. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt gerealiseerd, de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft en jouw team optimaal kan presteren in een veilige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in? Als Teamleader Lasafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de werkzaamheden binnen jouw afdeling.

  • Werkverdeling organiseren en medewerkers inzetten volgens planning, prioriteiten en capaciteit
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen
  • Operationele problemen analyseren en samen met het team zoeken naar efficiënte oplossingen
  • Voorraadbeheer opvolgen, inventarissen voorbereiden en administratieve registraties correct verwerken
  • Medewerkers begeleiden, motiveren en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de afdeling en andere interne diensten
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een technische of metaalgerelateerde sector
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en het vermogen om mensen te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Basiskennis van administratieve toepassingen zoals Word en Excel
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
