The posting

Je start in de late ploeg (14u00-22u00) om een gedegen opleiding te krijgen en het logistieke proces

volledig te leren kennen. In deze functie stuur je het team aan, zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering

van alle logistieke processen en bewaak je kwaliteit, veiligheid en motivatie binnen het team.

Takenpakket:

  • Opleiding & voorbereiding: starten in de late ploeg om het proces, de organisatie en het team te leren kennen.
  • Teammanagement: aansturen en motiveren van het nachtteam, inclusief planning en taakverdeling.
  • Procesbewaking: toezicht houden op de logistieke werkzaamheden tijdens de nachtshift (ontvangst, opslag, picking, verzending).
  • Kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontrole: bewaken van de naleving van procedures en veiligheidsregels.
  • Coaching: begeleiden van medewerkers en stimuleren van een positieve en productieve werksfeer.
  • Probleemoplossing:snelsignaleren en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen.
  • Rapportage: verzorgen van heldere terugkoppeling aan het management over de prestaties van de nachtploeg.
  • Bachelor- of gelijkwaardig diploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek, management of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur warehouse.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Flexibiliteit om in de late en nachtploeg te werken.
  • Oog voor detail, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig.
  • Ervaring met planning en rapportage
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
