Voor een jong, snelgroeiend en tech-minded logistiek bedrijf gaan we op zoek naar een teamleader logistiek in een vaste late ploeg, dit van zondag tot en met donderdag.

Wat zal je doen:

  • Leiding geven aan een 25-tal medewerkers
  • Communiceren en samenwerken met de shiftleader
  • Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met operationele vragen
  • Actief meedenken over verbetermogelijkheden
  • Procesopvolging van A-Z
  • Opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Correctheid van de voorraad bewaken
  • Operationele taken zoals: laden en lossen van vrachtwagens, picking, packing en consolidatie
  • Toezicht houden op het volgen van procedures, kwaliteitsnormen en doelstellingen
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen als dit nodig is
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, bent resultaatgericht en behoud makkelijk overzicht in een dynamische en snelle omgeving
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen kan samenbrengen en motiveren
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Excel, ervaring met BlueYonder is een pluspunt
  • Je kan overweg met allerhande rollend materiaal
  • Je kan je zelfstandig verplaatsen naar Evergem, openbaar vervoer is geen optie
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands, dit om alle orders en administratie te kunnen vervullen
