Voor een groeiende speler in de voedingssector in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Logistiek coördinator. Dit bedrijf combineert een sterk geautomatiseerd productieproces met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Binnen de logistieke afdeling wordt dagelijks gezorgd voor een vlotte verwerking en verzending van producten richting klanten. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar teamwork centraal staat en waar je als leidinggevende een zichtbare impact hebt op de werking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het bewaken van de volledige flow binnen jouw logistieke zone, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat bestellingen correct en tijdig verwerkt worden
  • Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de lijn optimaal draait door instellingen aan te passen en in te grijpen waar nodig
  • Verder stuur je een klein team aan en zorg je voor duidelijke afspraken en een vlotte samenwerking op de werkvloer
  • Bovendien combineer je coördinatie met actief meewerken, zodat je steeds voeling houdt met de operatie
  • Alsook volg je de voortgang van orders op en zorg je dat alles correct wordt klaargemaakt voor verdere verzending
  • Daarnaast signaleer je knelpunten in het proces en neem je initiatief om deze structureel aan te pakken
  • Verder werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit andere logistieke schakels om de doorstroming te garanderen
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen productie of logistiek
  • Verder heb je leidinggevende capaciteiten of de ambitie om een team aan te sturen
  • Bovendien werk je nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Tot slot ben je bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
