Heb je ervaring in logistiek en haal je voldoening uit het aansturen van een team? Krijg je energie van organiseren, plannen en het vlot laten verlopen van goederenstromen? Dan is deze uitdaging in de regio Ardooie misschien wel jouw volgende stap!

Voor een internationale speler in de voedingssector zoeken we een teamleider laadkaai. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de laadkaai en zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke activiteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en combineert operationele opvolging met planning en administratie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten op de laadkaai
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team magazijn- en logistieke medewerkers
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van de personeels- en laadplanning
  • Bewaken van een vlotte goederenstroom en tijdige verzending van producten
  • Werken met ERP- en WMS-systemen voor een correcte registratie en opvolging
  • Toezien op kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Overleggen met verschillende interne afdelingen om de logistieke processen optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Mee zoeken naar verbeteringen binnen de werking van de afdeling
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur op een laadkaai of in een magazijn
  • Je hebt ervaring met planning en het organiseren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Je werkte eerder met een ERP-en/of WMS-systeem
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een sterke troef!
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers te motiveren
