Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde teamleader inbound voor een bedrijf te Aartselaar. In 2027 verhuist het bedrijf naar Willebroek!

Wie zoeken we?

Wat verwachten we van jou als teamleader logistiek?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke of magazijnomgeving
  • Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden
  • Je bent communicatief, sociaal en stressbestendig
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands of Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bij voorkeur met een ERP-systeem (MS Dynamics is een plus)
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Je bent flexibel en neemt initiatief
  • Ervaring met reachtruck, vorklift of transpalet zijn een plus.

Functieomschrijving

Als teamleader logistiek ben jij de spilfiguur in het inbound logisiteke proces. Je stuurt dagelijks een team van magazijnmedewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de inkomende goederenstroom correct, efficiënt en veilig verwerkt wordt.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van inkomende goederenstromen en stockage.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van magazijnmedewerkers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van werk- en verlofplanningen.
  • Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en vooropgestelde deadlines doormiddel van het monitoren en rapporteren van KPI’s en magazijnprestaties.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en implementeren van procesverbeteringen.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Controleren en verwerken van administratieve gegevens (ERP, voorraad, orders).
  • Onderhouden van contacten met transporteurs en leveranciers.
  • Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van stockcontroles en inventarisaties.
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer tijdens piekmomenten.
