The posting

Voor onze klant, een vooraanstaande en grote logistieke speler gevestigd in Wondelgem, zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Magazijn (Avondploeg). In deze operationele leidinggevende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de magazijnmedewerkers. Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde werkverdeling, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de logistieke processen en stelt een efficiënte werking van het warehouse veilig.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Dagelijks aansturen van magazijnmedewerkers en coördineren van de totale werkplanning
  • Deelnemen aan de dagelijkse briefing om 16u00 met de warehouse manager en collega-teamleaders ter afstemming van de werkverdeling
  • Organiseren, structureren en bijsturen van alle operationele werkzaamheden op de vloer
  • Controleren van de naleving van interne logistieke procedures, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Analyseren, registreren en rapporteren van schadegevallen, afwijkingen en eventuele missings
  • Verzorgen van taakgerichte opleidingen en begeleiding van nieuwe magazijnmedewerkers
  • Verdelen, controleren en opvolgen van correct ingevulde laad- en loslijsten (nationaal en export)
  • Toezien op een correcte belading van trailers en het juiste gebruik van stuwmateriaal
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor magazijnmedewerkers en operationeel ondersteunen (heftruckrijden) bij uitzonderlijke onderbezetting
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en hebt een grondige kennis van behandelings- en opslagtechnieken
  • Je beschikt over specifieke kennis van belading, laadvermogen en basis ADR-voorschriften
  • Je hebt ervaring met een basis ERP-pakket (kennis van Navision is een pluspunt) en MS Office
  • Je beschikt over logistiek vakjargon en een basiskennis van minstens één vreemde taal
  • Je bent bereid om op te starten in een vast uurrooster in de avondploeg (16u00 - 00u00)
  • Je werkt uiterst gestructureerd, bent communicatief sterk en beschikt over een natuurlijk overwicht om een team aan te sturen
