The posting

Sinds de oprichting van Eltra in 1954 zijn zij uitgegroeid tot de onbetwiste marktleider in de distributie van elektrisch materiaal en verlichting voor de home improvement markt in de Benelux. Elke dag leveren zij vanuit hun state-of-the art warehouse in Evergem een breed assortiment producten op het gebied van home improvement aan meer dan 1000 winkels in België, Nederland en de rest van Europa.

Jobomschrijving

Voor Eltra, een logistiek bedrijf in Evergem gespecialiseerd in het verdelen van elektrisch materiaal (onder meer schakelaars, stopcontacten, ...), zijn we op zoek naar 2 teamleaders.

  • Je staat in voor de goede verloop van de vaste vroege ploeg of de vaste late ploeg binnen het splinternieuwe magazijn
  • Je leidt en coacht jouw mensen om betere prestaties neer te zetten.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen het magazijn en de administratieve dienst.

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de in-en uitgaande stromen binnen jouw zone zo optimaal mogelijk verlopen
  • Time is money! En daar ben jij je van bewust. Daarom hou je de tijd goed in de gaten en zorg je ervoor dat jouw team op schema blijft.
  • Nieuwe teamgenoten geef je een warm onthaal en je zorgt ervoor dat ze zich welkom voelen.
  • Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor al jouw teamgenoten en je rapporteert aan de warehouse manager.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een logistieke omgeving.
  • Werken met mensen geeft jou energie. Je kan dus een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende aantonen of je hebt ambitie hierin.
  • Je stelt je flexibel en communicatief op naar je team toe.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels.
  • Computerwerk vormt geen probleem voor jou en kan je vlot mee aan de slag.
