Als Teamleader Logistiek zorg je samen met je team voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de logistieke activiteiten.

  • Je stuurt en motiveert een team van logistieke medewerkers.
  • Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en volgt de planning op.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen correct en tijdig verwerkt worden.
  • Je volgt eventuele problemen of afwijkingen op en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw medewerkers.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met andere afdelingen en verantwoordelijken.
  • Je helpt mee om processen en de dagelijkse werking verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen logistiek en/of transport.
  • Een eerste ervaring als Teamleader, ploegverantwoordelijke of meewerkend leidinggevende is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je kan medewerkers motiveren, begeleiden en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend: spreken, lezen, schrijven én begrijpen.
  • Je hebt een voldoende goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om voltijds in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
