Adecco zoekt een Teamleader Logistiek Dagploeg voor een groeiend voedingsbedrijf in de regio. Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met ervaring in logistiek? Hou je ervan om operationele processen vlot te laten verlopen en samen met je team resultaten neer te zetten? Dan is deze uitdagende functie misschien wel iets voor jou. Jouw uitdaging: Als Teamleader Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de logistieke activiteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle goederenstromen efficiënt verlopen en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf.

Jouw taken:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse logistieke flow.
  • Instaan voor een correcte en tijdige bevoorrading van de productie.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Actief meewerken binnen de logistieke afdeling en bedienen van de heftruck.
  • Toezien op het correct gebruik van heftrucks en logistiek materiaal.
  • Snel signaleren en oplossen van logistieke knelpunten.
  • Afstemmen van planning en werkzaamheden met collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van logistieke medewerkers

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur in een productiebedrijf. Je hebt kennis van magazijn- en logistieke processen.

Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest.

Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je bent flexibel en kan snel schakelen wanneer situaties wijzigen. Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.

Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan voor jou centraal.

Je bent bereid om in een vaste dagploeg (8u tot 16u) te werken.
