Ter versterking van hun logistieke afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en mensgerichte Teamleader Logistiek & Inpak.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte, efficiënte en veilige organisatie van de dagelijkse goederen- en orderstromen (orderpicking, inpak, opslag en verzending).
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je motiveert, begeleidt en ontwikkelt je teamleden, ondersteunt de onboarding van nieuwe collega's en bouwt mee aan een positieve, resultaatgerichte werksfeer.
  • Je analyseert logistieke flows, signaleert knelpunten en neemt initiatief om processen te optimaliseren (LEAN / Continuous Improvement). Je helpt duurzame KPI's te implementeren en op te volgen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega-coördinatoren, het transportteam en productie om een naadloze afstemming van de logistieke keten te garanderen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Director Operations.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het leidinggeven, coachen of coördineren van een team binnen een logistieke of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer, benaderbaar en pakt operationele uitdagingen pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht aan.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet mensen op een positieve manier mee te krijgen in veranderings- en optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels of Frans.
  • Ervaring met WMS, ERP-systemen en continu verbeteren (KPI-beheer) is een duidelijke plus.
