  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de late ploeg in een logistieke omgeving;
  • Je zorgt voor het efficiënt inzetten van je team en taakverdeling;
  • Je waakt over het behalen van kwaliteitsstandaarden en processen;
  • Je coacht, begeleidt en motiveert je teamleden;
  • Je geeft instructies en volgt de productiviteit en prestaties van je team op;
  • Je zorgt voor opleiding en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers, uitzendkrachten en studenten;
  • Je controleert de aanwezigheden en (her)verdeelt de taken bij verlof, ziekte;
  • Je ben aanspreekpunt bij problemen en communiceert hierover met collega-teamleaders en het management;
  • Je probeert problemen op te lossen en durft beslissingen te nemen;
  • Je volgt het logistieke proces op: instellen van machines, uitvoeren van onderhoud, inschakelen van technische dienst...;
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor interimkantoren en uitzendkrachten rond planning en opvolging;
  • Je zorgt voor correcte rapportage en naleving van procedures.
  • Eerste relevante teamleader ervaring, in een logistieke omgeving;
  • Sterke coachende en motiverende vaardigheden;
  • Logisch denkvermogen, ook onder stress;
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans (of bereid hier intensief opleidingen voor te volgen);
  • Analytisch ingesteld, neemt initiatief en beslissingen;
  • Affiniteit met IT-systemen en Microsoft Office (kennis SAP = plus);
  • Flexibel, teamspeler en leiderschapskwaliteiten;
  • Overzicht en duidelijk in rapportage en opvolging van logistieke processen.
